Terms of Use

Growth2Lead is developed and operated by W&W Technologies, LLC, the provider of the service and the entity you are contracting with. By accessing or continuing to use Growth2Lead, you agree to these terms.

The service

Growth2Lead provides AI-assisted career mentoring, interview preparation, leadership guidance, and résumé tools. Guidance is informational, may be inaccurate, and does not guarantee any employment, promotion, or career outcome. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the outputs.

Accounts and subscriptions

Growth2Lead Premium is a recurring subscription, billed at $14.99 per month or $149 per year. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time through the subscription management option in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions purchased through a mobile app store are billed separately by that store under its own terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not use it unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, to generate harmful or deceptive content, or to interfere with its security through malware, probing, or scraping. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Intellectual property

W&W Technologies, LLC retains ownership of the service, its software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. Rights holders may contact us to report infringing content.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and cap our aggregate liability at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
